All products sold are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight, in compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018. Products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
3. Your responsibility

4. Orders and pricing
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot verify. Prices may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
5. Returns
Opened products cannot be returned for safety and compliance reasons. Damaged, incorrect or short orders are covered under our Shipping & Delivery policy.
6. Assumption of risk
You use these products at your own risk. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
7. Limitation of liability
