THCa is the raw, non-intoxicating acid form of THC found in the living cannabis plant. Apply heat — smoke it, vape it, bake it — and it converts to delta-9 THC. In its raw state it tests under the 0.3% delta-9 threshold by dry weight, which is what keeps it compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Hemp-derived THCa is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, but individual states have passed their own restrictions and that list changes. It is your responsibility to check your state and local laws before ordering. We do not ship to states where these products are restricted — if your address is in one, checkout will tell you.

Yes. Assume it will. THCa converts to THC when heated, and standard drug panels do not distinguish between hemp-derived and other sources. If you are subject to testing, do not use these products.

Every batch goes to an accredited third-party lab and is screened for cannabinoid potency, pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents and microbials. The Certificate of Analysis is published on our Lab Results page and matched to the batch code on your package.

Orders placed before 2pm PT on a business day ship the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.
