Delivery
Processing times
Orders placed before 2:00pm PT on a business day ship the same day. Orders after that cut-off, or placed on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the label is created.
Where we ship
We ship to states where hemp-derived THCa products are legal. State laws change, and it is your responsibility to know the rules where you live. If your shipping address falls in a restricted state, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Packaging
Everything ships in plain, sealed, odor-controlled packaging. There is no branding on the outside of the box and nothing on the label that indicates what is inside.
Age verification
You must be 21 or older to order. An adult signature is required on delivery — the carrier will not leave a package without one. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot age-verify.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund you. For safety and compliance reasons we cannot accept returns on opened products.
Lost packages
If tracking has not moved in 5 business days, get in touch and we will open a carrier trace. We do not refund packages marked delivered to the address provided — please double-check your address at checkout.
